A HUMAN APPROACH
A Human, Strength-Based Approach to Change
My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and deeply human. I draw from evidence-based models—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and compassion- and trauma-informed approaches—to help you better understand your inner world and respond to life with greater flexibility and intention. Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or emotions, I help you change your relationship to them, so they have less power over your choices and your sense of self.
I work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—from themselves, from others, or from the life they want to be living. Together, we identify the patterns that keep you looping in the same struggles and develop practical, values-guided actions that move you toward what matters most. Therapy with me is not about fixing what’s broken, but about uncovering strengths, building awareness, and creating sustainable change through curiosity, accountability, and compassion.
